This Sammons Preston Low Bed Table has a frame and column which is constructed from durable 16 and 17 gauge welded tubular steel with an attractive chrome finish. The Hospital Bed Table can support maximum weight up to 50 pounds. Standard 15 x 30 inch melamine top can be raised with the slightest upward pressure, and lowers with a touch of the convenient trip lever. The Hospital Bed Table has a spring-assisted lift mechanism which allows infinite height adjustment from 19-3/4 to 28 inch. It is designed especially for use with fixed height low beds, requiring a height clearance of 3/4 inch. The Hospital Bed Table features 40 millimeter dual wheel casters which are appropriate for use on any surface for easy maneuverability. The wooden top is available in gunstock walnut or quartered oak finish.
